Dear Exhibitor,

Thank you for submitting the online (Fastener Fair USA) Commitment to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) request Form.

Instructions:

By submitting this online EAC form with an authorizing exhibitor signature acknowledges that you (the exhibitor) will abide by, are fully aware of and understand all show guidelines, rules, display regulations, requirements and union jurisdictions on this event. That you the exhibitor and the requested EAC have read the exhibitor manual produced by Show Management available online for all interested parties to review.

  • Show Management will review and process all properly submitted EAC form requests pending approval.
  • Show Management will send to your EAC the following:
    • Sample Certificate of Insurance
    • EAC Agreement
    • EAC Code of Conduct
    • Schedule A and or Invoice
    • Management will inform EAC on special badge/wristband policy
    • Show website address
  • Show Management requires in order to assist in verifying your expenses, a copy of the original invoice from the show official vendors to be sent to you following the close of the show.
  • An approved EAC may not use any subcontractors (AV, Floral, Computer Rental,etc.) to render any services to you using their company name or show ID. You must submit to Show Management a Commitment Form for all EAC services.
