AUBURN, WA - Endries International has acquired All-West Components & Fasteners Inc., a 24-employee firm based near Seattle.
All-West was launched in 1978 by Rick Peterson and his partners; Peterson is the current CEO of the company, and past President of both the Pacific-West Fastener Association and STAFDA. His brother Mark Peterson joined the organization in 1982 and became President in 2015.
All-West serves the original equipment manufacturing market and provides technical fastener solutions to its customers. Operating under ISO 9001 accreditation, it operates from headquarters in the Seattle suburb of Auburn, WA, with branches in Spokane, and Boise.
“We are excited with the top-level team of associates that will be joining the Endries family,” said Steve Endries, President of Endries. “The cultural and customer service philosophies that Rick and Mark have built aligns perfectly with the foundation at Endries. This acquisition will enhance Endries ability to grow our business with the combined expansion of our product offerings and geographic footprint that All-West brings in the Pacific Northwest.”
This is Endries second West Coast deal this year. In January it acquired Fastener Service Corporation, in Morgan Hill, CA. Fastener Service was founded in 1989 by Don Dunn and Lori Citti, and provides fasteners and Class C commodities to the original equipment manufacturing market, and is a leader in Vendor Managed Inventory programs. Product lines include industry standards and made per print specials made from various materials.
Endries is a leading distributor of fasteners and Class-C parts serving industrial Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s) worldwide.
