Action Fastenings, Inc. has been sold to a private investor by Generational Equity. Details on the acquisition, which closed December 18, 2020, were not disclosed.

Action Fastenings carries over 60 leading sources for fasteners, nuts, bolts, hardware, screws, anchoring and direct fastening products, power tools and accessories, cutting products and construction consumables, making it one of the largest distributors of these items in its market.
